Brick

Super cool and so helpful! I’m so much more present to the point that I actually picked up a BOOK 📕. I have ADHD and mild dyslexia, so reading on the regular is a struggle, but it never helps when you wanna be brain dead on Instagram. I wanted to be more in control of myself and I really feel like this is an amazing start. If you are on the fence about it, just get it! It doesn’t take batteries and it can be used by multiple house members—so both my fiancé and I can use it.

I love it! Drastically lowers your screen time if you have the discipline to leave the brick at home while at work or school! Makes scrolling and social media an active choice! If you block social media apps, make sure to also block the corresponding websites so that there is no browser backdoor!

It's a little sad that its really come to this, but the first step is acknowledging the problem. I am just excited that Brick LLC came in clutch for step 2.
