I ordered a size 11 and there’s no way I can fit these shoes at all. They’re more like a size 8 very disappointed.

I have been a very loyal customer of Ninewest for a 20 years. So i was very disappointed with the fit of this clog. I have always ordered my true size 12…but this was extremely small. My heel was hanging off definitely by 21/2 inches.
