The plastic cup is cheap quality - doesn’t even have the 250ml line marked on it. The frother isn’t powerful enough to actually mix the powder so you have to start it by hand. The powder with water as per the instructions doesn’t taste nice - it’s just like powdered water - there’s no substance to it and it’s just like watered down nothingness. I won’t be buying again.
