Doesn't have an after taste Supplement a little hard to swallow cause of size Not good for people who has a hard time swallowing Omega -3 haven't felt a change yet since taking but still early to feel any difference yet /but hopefully eventually time will tell how it works

Excellent product. I have been only taking it for a short while but have already started to see results. My skin has improved. I have gotten back the glow in my skin. It was dull and I think it was because of my age. Thank goodness I discovered this product. It has certainly made a difference in my appearance.

The Omega 3 Vitamins are wonderful! Easy to swallow. Looking forward to seeing the benefits and reporting back to the Black Girl Vitamins community.
