13-inch MacBook Air (M5)

I brought my MacBook Air in for service. It was an old model and required a few new keys. The keys were ordered and came in, but did not fix the issue, and required a new keyboard. A new keyboard would be an expensive repair, so I opted for a new MacBook Air instead. The order (online) was going to take up to two weeks. Expercom called me and said they had a different color in stock, so I took it. No charge for the keys that didn't fix the original problem. Everyone was professional and kind.
