Great Addition to My Hair Care Routine

I’ve been using the CPH Grooming Hair Capsules as part of my daily hair-care routine and I’m very happy with the product so far. The capsules are easy to take, and I like the combination of biotin, zinc, selenium, copper and pumpkin seed oil. I understand that hair growth takes time and results can vary from person to person, so I’m continuing to use them consistently. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the product and the fact that it is so simple to include in my daily routine. Definitely a product I would recommend to anyone looking to support their hair-care routine.
