Delivery took 2 months for an in stock item which is far too long and exceeds the guarantee. In addition the seat cushions are just fabric, there is no filling like the back cushions. It’s like they forgot to put the filling inside. Maybe it was a one off defect but trying to get customer service to respond is such an enormous hassle. There’s no phone number. Just email that they cannot keep up with timely. We are customers not business partners so give us a number with a human. This sofa is as expensive as crate and barrel so yes, I fully expected better than flat empty cushion covers. Giving 1 star for the lovely fabric.

Love!!
This sofa was so easy to put together and we were very impressed with how sturdy and well thought out the design was. It's extremely comfortable and we've slept on it also just to be sure we really like it. It's perfect!

Grandkids love Koala
We purchased this for when are grandkids come over which is quite often but don’t always spend the night. Gives them a nice sofa to sit and hang out on and a place to sleep if they decide to stay overnight.
They love it.
