Goblin Jogger

It was such a nightmare dealing with this vendor! I preordered the XS joggers in black on 11/11. On 11/25, someone emailed me to say that the XS joggers were out of stock (not sure how that can happen with a preorder!) and asked if I would be fine with a unisex small instead. I said no, because I am extra petite and would be drowning in that size. They said XS wasn’t available green but was available in black, which was what I had ordered anyway, so I agreed to the black XS joggers. I got an email from a different person at Press Press on 12/1 saying again that the black joggers were sold out in XS. They offered to refund me or send me size small. I asked for a refund. They said “okay, you got it!” But did not refund me. On 12/13, I got a notification saying the black XS joggers had shipped. When I received the order, the bag contained black unisex sweatpants in size small and the order form had “XS” crossed out and “small” written by hand. How can any company be this disorganized??

Definitely size down, fits oversized. Cozy and quality!
