Not much, really. These were marketed as being able to wear "all the time" and not come off. While they haven't yet come all the way off, I often find them hanging precariously. The bottom "hook" slips off my ear, and the small disk just hangs down. Also, the size of the disk is smaller than I expected (probably my own fault for not checking the actual measurement). The only think I do like is that they don't hurt my ears.

I love that I can leave them in and not worry about losing them. I have lost so many studs in my 2nd and 3rd holes.

Compared to the butterfly clasp earrings, these are easier to sleep in. The loop doesn't necessarily hug the ear lobe so the hook moves along the lobe or tilts forward out of the piercing hole. I read they are adjustable but have not tried to bend them. I have a nickel allergy and these do not cause a reaction on me but every so often I remove them for some relief.
