I like my order and the fact that it came on time was why I gave it a 5 star rating. What I didn't like the way my package was left downstairs by the back door propped up in the window. The delivery company did not leave my package at my upstairs apartment door. Someone could have easily taken my package. I'm glad it didn't get stolen.

Very loud noise but cant feel anything. Contacted customer service who gave me an option for 30% refund and keep thr device, or return and full refund. I opted for the return and full refund since it doesnt work at all as its suppose to. I never heard back from customer service after multiple attempts to follow up on the return. Lost $100+ on something that should be $10

I love this product. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't stay charged long enough. Other then that, it's been a good product
