So let me explain this, my baby was born lip, cheek and tongue tied which made breastfeeding a painful and difficult experience, worst he didn’t get diagnosed until 3 months, I ended up going to get this fixed and while I was there a lactation consultant asked which pacis we were using, I told them he didn’t hold any pacis and she recommended this ones!! Life changing experience! Cannot recommend enough, I keep buying them! He doesn’t get confused with the breast and the paci being a different shape!! Do yourself a favor and buy them!! I keep recommending to anyone that will listen!

We tried all the name brand pacis and a whole mess of random brands from Amazon, but our little guy didn't want any of them. He had a really shallow latch, and every paci we tried made him gag. I googled "paco with short nipple" and found Nini Co. I decided to give it one last try, and to my shock, he took it IMMEDIATELY. Needless to say, we love these pacifiers. I love that he maintains a perfect nursing latch while using them, and that they are suitable for older babies and toddlers as well. Worth every penny!
