These worked nicely for me on my roadtrip home in my new car a few months back when i bought them. I have a problem with this product though. It didnt have a rubber buffer on both sides of the clamp so i had put a piece of cardboard from a kmart clothes tag in between it and my paintwork 😂 otherwise nice and sturdy used on my bonnet as seen in photos
