Tracker Card

Love the sleek design, I “hide” one everywhere especially in “just in case of emergency” locations. It doesn’t update in the Apple app on the spot for some reason, would like that feature added as well as battery life. Would love a way to also reverse the tracking such as push the card button and you find your phone

It wasn't clear that a wireless charger is required to use the tracking cards. I suspected they did, but couldn't find that information on your website. My cards have arrived, but I can't use them until I charge them. Just ordered a wireless charger on Amazon, and it's coming soon. Your website should make that clearer. Another idea is to offer a bundle that combines the Finder Card with a wireless charger.

This purchase was not a smooth process. Purchased on the 9th, label was created 2 days later and stayed in this position for a few more days before I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and appeared earnest to get my package to me which I appreciated. I got another message 2 days later saying they were waiting for a shipment to hit the dock and then they would ship out to me. 24 hours later my tracking updated. This isn’t Eksters fault but the cherry was it was delivered to the wrong house. I was only able to recover the package due to a photo of the house being provided. The product itself is really nice, made well, and easy to set up. The only draw back is the lack of precision finding like the AirTag has.
