Maxlox dual pack is Great for two sets of boards

I have a pair of Maxtrax and a pair of Tredpro boards. The mounting pins will hold 4 boards of either brand, but you can't mix two of each. They don't nest together well. The duo pack let's me lock both sets on their mounts and only need one key for both locks. They feel solid and look good.

Got a set to see how they would work out. Fit perfectly so I wanted to add more. I called them so I could get the same key code for two more locks and they wouldn’t even get up from behind their desk to go match the locks I have. I was told they are in a box so they are mixed up. I said it shouldn’t be hard because you can see the key code in the package. Two different people didn’t want to even try. Not good customer service. I will probably toss these and go get four different locks that are keyed the same.
