A new prefecture unlocked, a new matcha arrives. Matcha no. 12 is sourced from Aichi, a region renowned for its exceptional matcha. “Ai,” the Japanese word for love, is expressed through this matcha’s rich, robust, and fragrant flavor profile. It is characterized by its umami-forward taste, with notes of salted vanilla and roasted seaweed

This one tastes like seaweed which might be an acquired taste honestly, im sure it might pair nicely with a fruit syrup because of its fishy taste. Its very clumpy and gave my wire sift a run for its money.

It had the right amount of an umami and bitter flavor with light smooth after taste! Very delicious!
