⚠️STOP! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on the purrpod⚠️ (can't review the original purchase) What a regretful purchase - I ended up throwing it away and will never purchase anything from this company again. My purrpod was just over a year old and I was already having issues within six months with the base lifting several times and litter going everywhere but where it should actually be. Then the barrel started glitching and jolting whilst spinning... making an awful crunching sound when my cat wasn't in it. Huge potential injury for my cat. Reached out to customer service (bought the extended warranty which was a waste of money as nothing came about from fixing the device). The amount of videos and photos I'd send but to be told to send more was ridiculous. The customer service is appalling - useless back and forth emails (which took a while to get a response) with the issues never being resolved. Honestly, don't waste your time or money on this product.

I like the service that reminds me when the next set of filters is due. It is helpful to have this reminder for the replacements that are needed for the Purr-Pod.
