Super cool company composed of the best bike nerds in the market. They will ask you all the needed questions to ensure that this shock is ready to tear up the trail the moment you bolt it on. The shock itself has exceeded my expectations and that’s coming from someone who already owns their Smashpot coil kit, which created high expectations to begin with. It’s a happy medium compared to other shocks I’ve tried, including the Push 11.6 and EXT Storia V3. It’s plenty plush and reactive but remains composed and offers plenty of pop. The HBO has my bike feeling bottomless in the rear and I love the adjustable Sprindex coil it comes with. The climb mode offers just the right amount of give so you still maintain traction on the climb. Full lockouts are no bueno for where I ride. Overall I’m stoked and can’t wait for summer to ride it in more places.
