Hard White Spring Wheat Berries

Hard red wheat berries and soft white wheat berries!

I purchased both hard red and soft white wheat berries from Dave's. They arrived on time and it great condition. The berries are clean and packed well in the bags. This is a very reliable company. I have not tried the hard red berries yet in a recipe, but the soft white berries are magnificent in my quick breads and pastries, so delicious! Thank you for being such a reliable company, that means a lot.
