These work pretty well if used consistently for a deep sleep. I realize it is summer and chocolate can melt, so I was required to pay a $10 summer shipping fee. I wasnt thrilled, but understood. I even have an indoor delivery locker to keep my deliveries at ac temp. The tins arrived covered in a melted gel dripping everywhere and the tins were soaked. That made it very disappointing.
