I am happy with the product and installation description was fine.

I am not happy that you do not include a self-addressed and paid envelope to send the old screen back. In fact the details surrounding the warranty for the free replacement is hidden in the details of the product. I sent the old screen protector back to the sender address and paid for the postage. I am assuming this is the correct procedure.

Protector not sticking

It didn’t stick 1/3 of the bottom has an air pocket. Tried to remove many times. I have applied many and no issues.
