Spy Felt Pocket Hug Set

Shows a wooden presentation box in all of their advertisements and in all related products also, which would have made a nice gift. What you actually get is a small cardboard packing box, filled with shredded paper the snoopy which is ok but not as good as pictured a plain printer piece of cardboard. Not as advertised and for the cost a total waste of money. Contacting support no reply until chased and then a few weeks later an email saying they are not allowed to ship the boxes, so why isn’t that made clear in the ad!?

I admit, I was thinking after ordering that this might be a scam. It was too adorable to believe. Yet, it arrived and is absolutely adorable!

Just awful!! These were for a gift for someone as they loved the look of them, the disappointment, gutted, just awful! Nothing like the picture! AI is defo at work here!
