Good when IT works and merchandise is available

Overall I really love them and have four colors. Having said that I have been trying to get the green and am having zero success!! I reached out to them and asked why after being on the wait list for what seems like forever on the notify me when this item is back in stock. I checked again on my own and it still had an / through the green and black. But when I tried to refresh my “notify me when it’s restocked” it responded with “ this item is in stock and you can order it. But it wouldn’t allow me to order it regardless. When I contacted them to try to get an idea of why I couldn’t get this it took the two -3 days to receive a response as they stated in the email. I was told there was an IT issue that they were working on resolving. I received the attached quiz about how I found the service and what would have made the experience better. Well frankly I would have been a Lot happier if they had taken my information so I could buy it directly from the customer service department. Instead I’m still waiting, till IT figures out how to allow the customer to make a purchase! So though I have lots of their products, I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this situation. Particularly since there is no other way to buy the products. You can’t even order them from the brick and mortar stores for shipping.

Smudge-proof

I really like this product after having mixed results with other liquid eyeliners that smudged easily. This liner stays in place and doesn’t smudge. It took me a few applications with a brush to get a smooth line that was just the right width, but I’m very happy with the results and will likely order different colors in the future.

Violet!

I used these from the old BB line and am so happy to have them now from JRB! They are so versatile with great staying power. Due to lots of sunscreen, I have trouble finding products that last all day. This one I can use with an eye blending brush for a little shadow or the eyeliner brush for a more defined line. Violet is stunning and is dark enough that it's not screaming purple or make me look feverish. It stays put until I'm ready to take it off!
