The product is amazing very well-made handcrafted components. Another thing I will say is customer service is amazing. I had a couple returns to do and it was fast quick and easy and they helped me out with the new product I had to purchase, which was these Wayback risers. About to do 1000 mile ride to test these bad boys out see how they hold up
