This powder tastes good. I put 1/2 a packet in a quart of water, sometimes even twice a day. I will refill my order when this one is used up. I can't tell if it's really improving my focus, energy and mood, but it's not harming them. I sure hope the ingredients aren't bad for me. As I said, it tastes pretty good.
