Item came with a stain, I emailed support and they offered me a refund or replacement, I replied back choosing refund and haven’t heard anything back for days despite following up with them after to remind them or get a response to initiate the refund. Great brand and products but bad experience, the stain won’t come off. It seems they don’t quality check anything.
