ClearX Pro™ Portable Water Filter Straw

I purchased four of these water filters. I’ve not opened them as I want to keep them as fresh as possible for when I do need them. They are each packaged quite well. I’m not sure what the shelf life is but based on the individual packaging, I would say quite a long time.

Bought on a “Buy one, get one free” offer but only one arrived. I contacted the company who have asked for a photo of original packaging and any paperwork that came with it, which of course I bought Ned once the product had arrived. They should have a record of my purchase hopefully they can resolve it without me needing to prove anything. I can’t comment on the product itself as I haven’t had cause to use it.

Not received my order despite emailing customer service for an update. No response! Now having to liaise with my credit credit card supplier to try and claim my money back. Avoid!
