These beans are listed as medium roast. IMHO these are a dark roast. Had I known that I would not of ordered them. But, since I paid for them let's pull a shot and see how I like them, or not. So I pulled a shot and Hey, I love it! The reason for this is I do 20g in and 50g out. The bold, vibrant flavors of these beans and my long pulls works a whole bunch better than I had um "assumed" cough cough!! I'm very happy with this accident! I'll be buying more!

It takes me a while to get adjusted to a new brand of coffee. I’m sure when I get the coffee to water ratio correct it will taste like it did at the Airport Hilton. I’m sure 5 Stars is in the near future. Jeff
