Terrible fulfillment and ghosted by customer service
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Shipping fulfillment takes an eternity—expect to wait forever just for them to process and send out your items. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely nonexistent. They completely ghost you, ignoring messages and refusing to acknowledge or resolve issues. Save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere.
