The infomercial for this product Send that there was no subscription involved. That’s a lie when I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t give it to me

I was not impressed with the sound quality listening to music. Besides that they work as advertised and am excited to try them out.

have to have phone open and app on to make it work and it a big gap between not instantly translate. Plus if there more than one person talking it just not work and say um um um um um.
