Poles broke on the second day of a 2 day Ski Trip in Big Sky. Went to pole plant after lunch; before getting on a lift and one broke in half. Prior to this, poles were everything I was hoping they would be for the price. Upon returning home, I reached out to customer service and Becky C. was incredible in getting me a brand new pair a week later. I’m hopeful I just got a bad pole, and I’ll be looking forward to getting out on these again next season.
