This is fantastic and very affective after a long day when your muscles need some love , I apply straight after showering, seems to help me go off to sleep as well.

Lovely

I’ve been using a kunzea pain relief cream for a few years & thought I’d try this one. I think this smells a lot nicer as it has lavender in it which doesn’t make the kunzea smell as overpowering; some family members wouldn’t use the other cream because they didn’t like the smell but everyone is impressed with the lavender in the Roogenics cream. It’s a lovely non greasy lightweight cream that absorbs well into the skin; doesn’t become tacky with massaging into an area. My only negative comment is the size! Only available in a 100g tube which is great for a handbag or car. For someone like me who uses this stuff daily a 240 or 480g pump bottle would be a much better option (more cost effective & better for the environment with less plastic). Highly recommend
