The item is excellent, however I received a somewhat fictitious BILL from FEDEX for a shipping charge of sorts, when I placed my order for the bag it didn’t say anything about any additional charges, I took time to read the DISCLOSURES, it said nothing about additional charges, can you explain just what this might be about?
