Super helpful information!

I didn't realize just how comprehensive this test would be! It was fascinating to see that a majority of the "Level 3" / high intolerances noted are foods or drinks that I just do not like. There are about 20 or so in that list that I do enjoy, and eat regularly, so now I know to start abstaining from those and go from there. Thank you for this great information!

Great experience

I was so impressed by how quickly I received my test, as well as how quickly my sample was processed and results were provided. I am interested in eliminating my level 3 items and gauge my body's reaction. I did reach out to customer service with some clarification on my results and they were so helpful.
