Athletic Fit Veteran 3-Pack

Size description is off, runs small. Contacted for exchange, just wanted next size up. They sent a link that said item ineligible for return. Contacted again they said they would handle manually and then stopped communicating completely even after I tried several times. A company is only as good as their customer support and theirs is absolutely awful.

Amazing quality shirts!

Ordered 3 shirts, sizing ran small so I asked to exchange for XL. Support (Emma) was polite but sent me two different return links and neither one worked. Tried doing it myself on the site and it said my order wasn’t eligible either. Followed up again and they just stopped responding — no return, no exchange, no refund, nothing. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just wanted the right size. Reading other reviews now, seems like I’m not the only one who’s run into this same “broken link” runaround. Had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back since the company wouldn’t respond. Shirts themselves seemed fine quality-wise, but I can’t recommend ordering from a company that makes it this hard to fix a simple sizing issue.
