I found the template useful but had to add 15mm to the width, so I cut a template from 3mm MDF and trim to fit nice and snug. Final shelf came out greatl, I am very pleased.

This is a great mod for the van and my wife loves it. It took some minor adjustments to get shelf to fit just right for our van but that was easy and is to be expected. I found some in expensive fabric bins on Amazon that are lower on one end that can slide in farther due to the sloping roof, using more of the available space.
