Very disappointing experience. The Miko Mini did not perform as advertised. Responses were delayed and repetitive, and the functions felt very limited. The package was also missing the charging cable. After many emails, I still had to pay 50% of the return shipping cost. I returned the device on September 22 and am still waiting for my refund.

my twin granddaughters appear to really like the robot. I think it will help with language development and also self-esteem. They have their own personal friend now.
