No written instructions just diagram on outside of box. Not overly complicated. Rattles a lot when typing on the key board.

Lifesaver

Easy to install, been really nice to not have "t rex" arms at my standing desk, and very sturdy. First item came damaged from shipping but customer service was excellent and got me a replacement in no time. Really appreciate it!
