Très agréable pour les massages. Bons résultats - Attention ne pas les utiliser trop froid car j’avais eu de petites gerçures je n’avais peut-être pas suffisamment hydrater ma peau avant. Tout cela, évite parti avec une crème achetée en pharmacie. J’ai recommencé l’utilisation en sortant les cuillères 10 minutes avant du congélateur . Je recommande.
