This pre-workout is good; however it doesn’t hit personally as well as the previous Flight preworkout. I don’t know if it’s a personal feeling or an ingredient change. Also I extremely miss the mango flavor, it was my go to.

Highly recommend
I like supporting veteran owned companies. And I take the Pre because it gives me the edge needed for my 5am workouts without the crash. Ive been using BPN products for years now and highly recommend.
