My daughter has the backpack less then 2 months and the shoulder strap broke

I was asked to pay the customs fees after placing the order, whereas I would have preferred to pay them upfront. Because of this, the delivery was delayed by about three days.That said, the bag looks really good. However, it doesn’t have that much space inside despite having several pockets.

I wouldn't buy again brought from the US send to Canada.....I already pay for shipping....when the bag reach Canada ups telling me I need to pay for shipping again .....I left it in the carrier
