Great product—sturdy and compact. I'm very satisfied. There are lots of adjustment options to customize it, which is handy for staying comfortable and beating your personal bests.

I don't know why you guys changed the design of the chair link. Not having a bolt welded onto the bracket that the handled bolts go into makes zero sense. Looks like it used to be made that way, but now its not. I guess in the previous version it would be a tool-less adjustment, not so any more. I can fathom why this has been changed, and why there are no instructions for it included. The instructions you do have for it are outdated.
