Excellent Customer Service! When I used my grater for the first time, the lower housing cracked. I followed their return instructions requesting a refund, however they turned right around (very quickly might I add) and sent me a new one with an upgraded part. Anytime you can gift your significant other a machine that makes it rain the king of cheeses, you’re gonna have a good time. The only downside is if you buy expensive cheese, you’re gonna go through it much faster with how much easier it is to cover your plate with the grater rain. Champagne problems, really…
