I've been using it for a few weeks now twice daily along with power pumping once daily and an extra session at 3 am. So far my total output seems to have increased by a few ounces. Power pumping alone never worked much for me. I put it in a sparkling water and it leaves no taste! The milk flow feels smoother and quicker than it did before as well. I would buy again and recommend to other moms to help with supply issues.

I ordered lady Leche & Milk Goddess. I have noticed a little incre with lady leche but nothing major yet. I stop taking milk goddess as i noticed a decrease in my supply.
