As far as slip resistant, they're great! I am a custodian at an elementary and I slip and slide everywhere if I don't have slip resistant shoes on, with these, I can't even tell I stepped on water. The water proofing is great too, keeps my feet dry. The only complaint I have, which I've also seen on other reviews, is the part that goes around the ankles. It does rub my skin there and it's pretty raw, kind of hurts.

The slip resistance and style are really good. They feel comfortable on my feet, although they’re still a little stiff. One thing I’ve really noticed is that my feet aren’t aching nearly as bad after doing multiple 14-hour days, which is a big plus for me. Normally, I would probably give them about three months before leaving my full review, but so far, I do like the shoes. Hopefully, they hold up longer than six months.

So far so good. The none slip isn't as none slip as I would like but other wise a comfortable shoe.
