Simple and effective. I needed a use case for my Arisaka 600 series light that was pulled off a rifle. I work in aviation so a handheld can be useful. The S-Clip is simple and effective. Makes it easy if I only have one free hand and a headlamp doesnt get the job done. Seems to be fairly durable as well so for 10 bucks its worth taking a shot on. (assuming you have a spare surefire-style light laying around.) Also comes with a 3rd screw in case one runs away
