The cleaning fluid seems to make a difference. The directions say to use it with a microfiber cloth, but no cloth was included. I just bought a soft microfiber cloth. There are two little, sponge-like pieces included in the package, but I'm not really sure what they are supposed to do. I would recommend just using a soft cloth with the cleaning fluid.
