I want to share my extreme dissatisfaction with ordering from Meermin and the customer service that I received. On August 20th they said that they sent my request to cancel the exchange as I was going to need to place a new order to my hotel for the wedding. I then followed up 3 times via the email thread (August 24th, 25th, and 25th again after I received a shipping confirmation email) and received zero response from your customer services team - nothing even as of today (September 2nd). I do not want to be charged the exchange restock fee for this. When I received the new shoes (which I had to pay $30 expedited shipping for) at my hotel, they were the wrong color. I ended up having to return these and purchase a totally new pair of shoes at a different company the day before the wedding.

I will never purchase from Meermin again. After starting an exchange, I reached out to customer support because I needed the shoes for an upcoming wedding. They explicitly told me they would cancel the exchange so I could place a new order instead. Following their guidance, I paid out-of-pocket for a brand-new order—only for them to completely go silent and ship out the cancelled exchange anyway. I sent five follow-up emails over the week asking for updates on the refund, promo code assistance, and the cancellation. Every single message was completely ignored. Their support offers zero follow-through, zero accountability, and leaves you paying double while ignoring your emails. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that values their customers.
