Initially bought it cause I've been looking for a mobile controller and found this deal as a good starter that's newer as well. Was happy that it arrived and there were no problems initially until it stopped working unless I plug it in with a cable. Contacted customer support which I'm lucky that they were helpful and responsive. They offered a replacement and I got the new controller which works perfectly now and I didn't even need to send back the first controller I got. Happy for the purchase and the responsive support
