The left sideboard rail hook broke off within a month after receiving it. I spent $12000 plus to buy the full set including the bench and mattress, it really sucks to be experiencing this. After waiting 2 months plus to receive this order and now I don’t have a working bed. I am still waiting for the customer service to resolve this issue. So frustrating!
