Terrible quality control and zero customer support—save your money

The quality control from Wolfpoint is nonexistent. My watch arrived with visible scratches right out of the box, and the main packaging itself had a deep slice through it from a box cutter. When I reached out to customer service to get this resolved, the experience was even worse. Despite multiple reach outs to their customer support team—including directly attempting to follow up with calls and emails (still never received a call back though the answering machine says 2 hours) led me to request a refund as I’ve already shipped the damaged item back. Do not waste your time or money here.

Absolutely Beautiful

Everything I’ve come to expect and more form Wolfpoint. Meticulously detailed design and just stunning features make the 1871 a must have for any watch collector. Wolfpoint never disappoints.

Disappointed

I really wanted to like this watch. It arrived with small scratches on the case, and whoever attached the bracelet to the head did not line up the end link properly so the springbar never went through it. The watch has an overall shiny, cheap look to it, like a $150 fashion watch. Other than having a solid movement, I can't speak favorably about it. Returned.
